You are the light of the world...
Don't ever let anyone tell you that you're too much or not enough. Don't listen when they say you're too loud or you don't speak up enough. Ignore it when the voices say you're too skinny or not skinny enough, too muscular or not strong enough, too bossy or not assertive enough. The world has us chasing this elusive idea of the perfect person and even when you get as close to perfection as possible there will be someone saying you're too much of this or not enough of that. God knew every triumph and trial you would face before you were born and He created you perfectly, with all the necessary equipment...physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to fulfill your purpose in this life. If your spirit feels moved to make changes in your life, let that be your motivation. But don't go dimming your light because it shines too bright for the person who can't seem to simply look away. You were never meant to fit into someone else's idea of perfection. Your purpose is to be you: fully, authentically, perfectly you!
